A bridging loan is a short-term finance option for buying property. It ‘bridges’ a financial gap. With property, this can be a bridge between purchasing a property & having the funds available for that property from the sale of another. With projects & developments the bridge enables the project to be completed so that the building can then be mortgaged or sold.

We are paid a fee by the lender. This fee has no impact upon the cost of the lending to you or the rate that you will pay. For certain types of loan where a significant amount of work will need to be undertaken, we charge an onboarding fee in order to cover the costs of arranging the loan (as it can take many hours to arrange whether the loan is used or not).
